My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were lovely, clean, with a comfortable bed, and well-equipped to a high standard. The access to the small jet pool and quiet room for just £30 per person was a great addition. The room was very spacious and had everything you'd ask for, including an iron. The service was mostly good, with friendly staff, although the night porter seemed a bit inconvenienced. The beautiful location next to Frensham Large Pond was a highlight, perfect for enjoying breakfast overlooking the lake. The dining experience, while good, did have a slight annoyance with limited options. Overall, a great value for money stay.
